Ο μεγάλος ποιητής και μουσικός, ο αγαπημένος μας παππούς με το καπέλο, μας αποχαιρετούσε πριν μόλις ένα μήνα με αυτό το τραγούδι, κι εμείς δεν το είχαμε καταλάβει. «Είμαι έτοιμος, Κύριε...»

Τελικά, το εννοούσε όταν έλεγε ότι είναι έτοιμος να πεθάνει. 

Είναι ανατριχιαστικό να το ακούς ξανά αυτή τη θλιβερή μέρα.
